The Outdoors

Your holiday will be off to a great start when you pull up to the double undercover carport to make for easy access to the house in any weather. You'll be grabbing your phone/camera out before unpacking the car to snap the picture-perfect view right from the start!

Around the back you'll find an outdoor dining table with garden beds nearby - these have lavender, herbs, citrus trees and kaffir lime tree that you're welcome to help yourself to when in season. Right by the outdoor table you'll find the outside firepit - perfect for roasting marshmallows and star gazing.

The outdoor dining deck is set with a weber BBQ and beautiful outdoor dining table and chairs to enjoy the uninterrupted valley views. There's also a two-way firepit to keep warm in the cooler months but still enjoy the outdoor dining experience. Follow the deck around to the outdoor lounge. Extremely comfortable, with our personal favourite view, you'll be forgiven for sitting down and never getting back up!

Grab the picnic basket you'll find in the kitchen and head out onto the grassed hill to enjoy some time under the trees with some cheese and crackers.

The Kitchen and Dining

A kitchen made for enjoyment. With wide stone benchtops, a huge oven with gas cooktop, microwave oven, large fridge and freezer, two dishwashers and a sink with a golden view it might quickly be the first time everyone fights to do the dishes! 

The kitchen has all the utensils and equipment to cook up whatever feast your heart desires. 

The house does provide some complimentary basics such as olive oil, salt and pepper and a range of spices, flour, baking powder, rolled oats, sugar, small milk, butter and fresh eggs from the chickens on the farm. Why not put these items to good use and whip up some waffles for breakfast - yes the kitchen does include a waffle maker! 

Coffee pods for the Nespresso Lattissima Touch machine, as well as a selection of teas (English Breakfast, Peppermint & Green) and hot cocoa are provided too.

With a large timber dining table and lush leather seats, plus a view from whichever side of the table you choose, mealtimes have never been so enjoyable. Have dinner inside and then head to the outdoor dining table for dessert to really make the most of each dining area but be warned - you might have a cow or two (or even a camel) come to join you outside!

The bedrooms and bathrooms (plus laundry)

There are three bedrooms comprising of a king, queen and double bed and no matter which room you choose to rest in, you'll have a breath-taking view from every pillow! And with Bed Threads 100% linen you might decide the bedroom is your favourite place to relax in.
Whether you like low, high, firm or soft there's a pillow in the house for you! Plus you'll find extra blankets for when you need to feel that extra bit cosy.

Each bedroom has access to a bathroom and in the bathrooms you'll find 100% cotton towels, Natural Earth shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a hair dryer plus curling wand in the king room bathroom. PLEASE NOTE - the spa electronics are damaged; it may still be used as a bathtub to relax!

The bathrooms have been designed to incorporate the view too. The windows are tinted and whilst you might feel like you're on display you can be rest assured that the (very few) neighbouring properties cannot see you at all! Still not comfortable? There is one 'traditional' bathroom where you can feel completely closed off.

Traveling with an infant? Let us know and a port-a-cot can be left in the house for you.

Dirty clothes building up? You can also do a load of laundry and either use the dryer or fold out clothesline and be looking fresh again! Have an event and need to look extra on point? There is an iron, ironing board and garment steamer available.

The Loungeroom

Kick back on the leather lounge and enjoy a good book or jigsaw puzzle, play a board or card game, look out to the stunning view or just relax and watch some TV. 

With a 65 inch 'The Frame' Samsung TV watch your favourite show, log in to your streaming service (with the high-speed internet you'll have no stopping and starting) or select a music channel to set the mood. 

Keen to turn off and not watch anything? The beauty of this TV is in the name 'The Frame'. Select different artwork or moods and a beautiful creation will be displayed. You'll forget there was ever a TV there in the first place.

The loungeroom is a popular spot for relaxing with the whole family. With a gorgeous wood burning fireplace, large TV and a great selection of books to read you'll find everyone will be drawn to this area.

The loungeroom is also home to the air conditioning unit. Whilst it is a large unit to cool down the house, glass, unfortunately, isn't the best insulator, so the best spot to take advantage of the cool air is right on the lounge in front of the TV (but did you really need an excuse to sit and relax?)
